Our original turnkey programming addresses multiple aspects of fitness — cardio, power, strength and endurance — for a complete exercise experience. At Luxe we modify programming to fit all ability levels, and scale programming to accommodate small or large groups.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Intense 45-Total Body:

Be ready to burn it out in this 45-55 minute circuit workout! You can partner with someone while doing individual exercises to help motivate and push you to the finish. This workout is set up into 3 different rows; 4-5 exercises in each row working for 45 seconds and resting for 20 before switching to the next exercise. You will do each row of exercises 3 times. Have a quick break and then move into the next row with all different types of total body exercises that will target and tone all your major muscle groups.

Intense 45-Cardio is Hardio:

Be ready to burn it out in this 45-55 minute cardio HIIT Circuit! You can partner with someone while doing individual exercises to help motivate and push you to the finish. This workout is set up into 3 different rows; 4-5 exercises in each row working for 45 seconds and resting for 20 before switching to the next exercise. You will do each row of exercises 3 times. Have a quick break and then move into the next row with all different types of cardio movements that will get your heart rate sky high; burning all the calories!

Intense 45-Upper Body & Core Focus:

Be ready to burn it out in this 45-55 minute circuit workout! You can partner with someone while doing individual exercises to help motivate and push you to the finish. This workout is set up into 3 different rows; 4-5 exercises in each row working for 45 seconds and resting for 20 before switching to the next exercise. You will do each row of exercises 3 times. Have a quick break and then move into the next row with all different upper body, core and endurance type exercises. Feel the burn in your arms and get them toned like never before!

Circuit Training-Total Body:

Circuit training classes address multiple aspects of fitness — cardio, power, strength and endurance.
These classes consist of approx. 12 unique stations; different every class. Each 3 minutes long with 45 second breaks in between stations. A total body workout that is not only challenging but fun!C

HIIT It:

Lets HIIT It with 30 minutes of interval training! With proper coaching and motivating music we will guide you through cardio and functional integrated exercises – all to challenge you like never before. Two rounds of approx. 10 stations. You will work for 1 minute on and rest for 30 seconds before switching to next station.

Ab Attack:

Let’s get Hard Core! 30 minutes to focus on only your core. A strong core will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and will give you the abs you always wanted! Reach YOUR core goals with Ab Attack!

Step It Up:

This is an aerobic step class where you’re in control of your intensity and difficulty level by adjusting your own step height. This high energy workout is focused on toning your entire body, endurance, balance and coordination. You will have a blast doing this class!

Barbell Blast:

This class is a full body strength and cardio class. Barbell Blast will allow you to tone, shape and burn fat throughout your entire body, fast! All major muscle groups are targeted while you squat, lift, press, curl and more! Finish with a core burn.

Pump It Up-Lower Body:

Want to learn how to BUILD and SHAPE your lower body? Then this is the right class for you! This strength training circuit will take you through approx. 10 stations that will focus on all your lower body muscle groups. You’ll be at each station for 4 minutes doing 3-4 sets at your own pace. Need help with form/technique? A personal trainer will be able to push, assist and help you achieve your goals.

AMRAP Total Body Workout

AMRAP which stands for As Many Repetitions As Possible is a total body workout that broken down into two different exercise rounds. Each round is 7 minutes long consisting of 5-7 different exercises that you do at your own mat, at your own pace with your own choice of weights. You will complete a total of 6 rounds.
