CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Intense 45-Total Body:
Be ready to burn it out in this 55 minute circuit workout! This circuit training type workout is set up into 15 individual stations working for 45 seconds and resting for 20 (repeated 3x) before switching to the next exercise.
Burnout:
Be ready to burn it out in this 45 minute cardio class! This circuit is set up into 6 individual stations working for 1 minute, resting for 10 seconds and then moving to next station. Repeating circuit six times. Every week is different with new types of cardio movements that will get your heart rate sky high; burning all the calories!
Upper Body (Strength Circuit):
Be ready to burn it out in this 55 minute circuit workout! This circuit workout is set up into 15-20 individual stations working for 45 seconds and resting for 20 before switching to the next exercise (At each station for 3 rounds). All different upper body strength exercises, core and endurance type exercises. Feel the burn in your arms and get them toned like never before!
Lower Body (strength Circuit):
Be ready to burn it out in this 55 minute circuit workout! This circuit workout is set up into 15-20 individual stations working for 45 seconds and resting for 20 before switching to the next exercise (At each station for 3 rounds). All different lower body strength exercises, core and endurance type exercises. Feel the burn in your legs and get them toned like never before!
Total Body AMRAP Sweat:
As Many Reps As Possible! Total body workout that is 1 hour long, finished with a core burnout. Sweat it out on your Saturday morning and start your weekend off right!
